We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, cross-functional transformation, operational improvement and organizational change projects within Teltonika IoT Group.
Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you will take ownership of assigned projects from planning through implementation and handover, working closely with business leaders, process owners and cross-functional teams.
This is a hands-on project leadership role focused on turning approved initiatives into measurable results. Alongside project delivery, you will help establish practical project management standards, tools and reporting routines that strengthen execution discipline, transparency and accountability across the Group.
As Teltonika continues to grow, you will deliver high-impact transformation projects and contribute to building a structured, scalable project management capability.
In this role, you will:
Lead assigned cross-functional transformation and operational improvement projects from planning through implementation and handover, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, budget and quality standards.
Translate approved initiatives into actionable project plans, defining deliverables, milestones, resources, budgets, timelines and responsibilities.
Coordinate project teams across Group companies and functions, driving clear ownership, collaboration and timely delivery of agreed commitments.
Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies and resource constraints, implementing corrective actions and escalating matters requiring sponsor decisions.
Monitor execution progress and provide structured reporting to project sponsors and management, highlighting milestones, deviations, key risks and decisions required.
Work with process owners and functional leaders to implement organizational changes, support adoption and ensure effective handover to business owners.
PMO implementation
Develop and implement agreed project management standards, templates, tools and reporting practices to improve consistency and execution discipline across project teams.
Maintain accurate project records, dashboards and tracking tools, while supporting project teams in applying established project management practices.
We expect you to have:
5+ years of experience independently managing complex, cross-functional projects within large organizations.
A proven track record of delivering transformation, organizational change or operational improvement projects.
PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner or an equivalent internationally recognized project management certification (mandatory).
Hands-on experience implementing project management standards, methodologies, tools or reporting practices.
Strong project planning, budgeting, risk management and execution control skills.
Practical knowledge of Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid project management approaches.
Experience working with senior stakeholders, project sponsors and cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
Strong leadership, communication, facilitation and reporting skills, with the ability to drive results without direct line authority.
Advanced English and fluent Lithuanian language skills.
What we offer:
Great opportunities to learn, grow, and develop your expertise in a strong and rapidly expanding company.
A dynamic and challenging work environment with a supportive, cooperation-based culture.
Health insurance to support your emotional and physical well-being.
Company-paid sports activities such as basketball, football, volleyball, yoga, and other sports events.
Team-building events, summer festivals, and celebrations of important occasions and achievements.
Bonuses through the employee recommendation program.
Birthday and Christmas gifts, as well as rewards for work anniversaries.
Shared lunch snacks and quality time with colleagues.
