Order Management Specialist

Employment: Full-time Experience level: Entry Level Job Description Receive and process orders for Check Point products using the SAP ERP system, ensuring adherence to internal business guidelines and standards. Coordinate with multiple departments within Check Point, both in Israel and internationally, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and issue resolution. Qualifications Strong proficiency in both English and Hebrew  (reading and writing), with excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment and adopting new technologies and innovative tools in day-to-day operations. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems effectively. Capable of managing multiple tasks and performing under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Flexible availability, including willingness to work in shifts. Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field – an advantage. Previous experience in administration or data entry – an advantage. Familiarity with SAP – an advantage.
