Schedule: full-or-part-time
Employment: permanent
Years of experience: 1-2
Your mission
You will assist in the planning, coordination, and tracking of software projects and ensure that deadlines, budgets, and quality are in line with each other.
You will also support the team with technical tasks, develop small tools or scripts, and thus directly improve processes.
Working closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders, you will actively help shape workflows and project structures and contribute your own ideas.
You will monitor project progress, identify risks early on, and help solve problems before they disrupt the process.
With your coding expertise, you will be able to quickly understand technical contexts and clearly communicate requirements.
In addition, you will actively contribute to the acquisition of new customers and projects, identify opportunities, maintain contacts, and support the development of long-term business relationships.
Step by step, you will take on responsibility for sub-projects, coordinate tasks, and support the team in optimizing internal processes.
Your profile
You have a degree (e.g., computer science, business informatics, business administration with a focus on IT) or a comparable qualification.
Initial practical experience in project management, which you have gained at an IT service provider, e.g., through internships or working student positions, rounds off your profile.
You also have basic programming skills and expertise in the design, implementation, and automation of digital solutions.
You are interested in applying coding tasks in a practical setting.
You are organized, communicative, and solution-oriented, and you can maintain an overview even in complex projects.
A basic understanding of software development, databases, and cloud technologies helps you quickly grasp technical contexts.
You enjoy acquiring new customers and building relationships, and you bring initiative and a proactive mindset to the table.
You are characterized by initiative, a willingness to learn, and a hands-on mentality, and you are not afraid to take on responsibility for tasks and small projects.
You are fluent in German and English.
