Ti occuperai delle attività di approvvigionamento e gestione fornitori, garantendo l'efficienza dei processi e il rispetto delle tempistiche.
Mansioni:
- Gestione degli ordini di acquisto e controllo delle conferme dai fornitori
- Monitoraggio delle consegne e verifica di eventuali non conformità
- Negoziazione con i fornitori per ottenere le migliori condizioni commerciali e la richiesta di preventivi
- Aggiornamento costante delle anagrafiche fornitori e dei dati prodotto sul gestionale aziendale
Requisiti:
- diploma di scuola superiore
- buona conoscenza di Excel e degli strumenti informatici
- precisione, proattività e doti organizzative
- capacità di lavorare in team e di comunicare efficacemente
- esperienza non richiesta; valutiamo anche candidati alla prima esperienza
