At Carma, we’re more than just a car company, we’re on a mission to shake up the Australian automotive industry! As a digital pre-owned car dealership, we’re turning the car buying experience into a hassle-free, seamless journey that customers can truly enjoy. With our diverse and collaborative team managing everything from engineering to marketing and buying to reconditioning in-house, we’re powered by the best people and we’d love for you to come along for the ride.
We’re on the hunt for an experienced Wheel Repair Technician to join our busy workshop crew in St Peters. If you know your way around alloy wheel repairs, pride yourself on flawless colour matching, and love turning scuffed, kerb-damaged rims back to showroom standard, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing:
Restore & refinish: Mask panels, sand, repair, colour-match, and spray scuffs and kerb damage across alloy and dress rims.
Own your quality: Inspect your work against high workshop standards so every wheel rolls out flawless.
Hit the beat: Work efficiently to production times without cutting corners on finish.
Cross-skill: Tackle tough jobs and collaborate with the wider cosmetic and paint teams across the workshop.
Safety & pride: Champion a safe work environment and keep our workshop clean, modern, and organised.
Okay, let’s talk about you:
You have proven, hands-on experience in cosmetic alloy wheel repair or automotive spray painting/refinishing.
You bring solid skills in colour matching, sanding, masking, and edge repair.
You have a strong eye for detail and high standards of workmanship.
You have a clean NSW driver’s license and a can-do attitude!
In this role you’ll be based in our St Peters, Sydney site, with room for parking and train/ bus stops nearby.
What’s in it for you?
We wouldn’t be a car business if we didn’t give you some $$ off our Carma cars, parts and NRMA cover.
Join a team that values quality as much as quantity — we believe in working hard, having fun and delivering an exceptional product.
Join a growing company with fantastic training and progression opportunities — grow with us!
At Carma, we’re all about fostering an amazing culture, where you can bring your best self to work! We value collaboration, innovation and having a laugh at work. Plus, we’re committed to diversity, inclusion and safe work practices, so no matter your background or experience (or car brand of choice!) we’d love to hear from you. Please let us know if you need any reasonable adjustments during the interview process.
