MAKE AN IMPACT UAT Tester / QA Analyst Experience: 0-2 Years/ 2-4 Years / 5-8 Years / 9-12 Years Location: Mumbai Mode: Hybrid, 4 days WFO, EMEA Shift Domain: Wealth Management Job Description: We are looking for a QA professional with strong User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Domain Expertise to support business-critical projects. The ideal candidate should be able to understand business requirements, validate end-to-end processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure solutions meet business expectations. Key Responsibilities: Perform UAT planning, test case preparation, execution, and defect tracking. Analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases. Work closely with business users, product owners, and project stakeholders. Validate end-to-end business processes and user workflows. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Track, report, and support defect resolution activities. Ensure successful completion of UAT and sign-off readiness. Required Skills: Strong experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) . Good domain/business process understanding. Ability to interpret business requirements and validate business outcomes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working in Agile environments. Good to Have: Hands-on exposure to Selenium or Playwright automation. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools. Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domain experience. Experience Requirement: 0-4 Years - UAT execution and business validation experience. Good understanding of manual testing, UAT, and overall testing processes. 5-8 Years - Ability to independently drive UAT activities and stakeholder interactions. Senior testers with strong command of manual testing as well as domain knowledge, specifically Investment Banking. Evaluate them on testing skills, domain knowledge, Agile, and test automation. 9+ Years - Experience leading UAT engagements, managing stakeholders, and driving UAT sign-offs. S hould have worked in Investment banking Domain and have a strong understanding of test automation frameworks and automation patterns.
