We practice GitOps on GitHub, provide guidance through Slack, and contribute to a strong DevOps culture. We strive to streamline and optimize the operation of our pre-production environments through automation and AI, helping to establish the foundation for an optimal production environment for our Tieto Banktech products. Our day-to-day work increasingly involves Infrastructure as Code. Experience with, or a motivation to learn, this is considered an advantage (e.g., Terraform). Experience with VMware is an advantage. We work in a strong professional environment alongside technical specialists, coordinators, and architects. Experience with Linux and Kubernetes through studies, work, or personal projects. Programming skills, preferably in Python, with a passion for problem-solving. A strong interest in AI, machine learning, and automation. Experience with OpenShift and Grafana is a plus. Fluent in Norwegian (or another Nordic language) and English, both written and spoken.
