Test Engineer*

Employment: Full-Time We are continuously looking for talented Test Engineers to join our talent pool and support future projects with our clients. This is a generic and ongoing opportunity aimed at identifying professionals with expertise in both Manual and Automated Testing. Responsabilities: Design, prepare and execute manual and automated tests. Create and maintain test cases, test scripts and test documentation. Perform functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing. Identify, track and follow up software defects. Support test automation initiatives and continuous testing practices. Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers and other stakeholders. Prepare test reports and contribute to quality assurance activities. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and software releases. Technical skills: Experience in Manual Testing and Test Automation. Knowledge of test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright or similar. Knowledge of Java, Python or JavaScript. Experience with API testing tools such as Postman. Experience with Jira, Xray, Zephyr or similar test management tools. Knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices. Good understanding of SQL and data validation. Experience working in Agile environments. Profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment. Fluent in English. ISTQB certification is considered a plus. Why Cronos Group?
