Employment: Contract Experience level: Associate Job Description Job Ref ID: JR0088740 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Administrator to oversee our Invoice Collection operations and ensure full tax compliance. In this role, you will manage day-to-day invoice collection processes, issue BIR Form 2307 certificates to suppliers, and support internal and external BIR audit requirements. You will serve as a key point of contact for vendor tax queries using Slack and SAP. Key Responsibilities Invoice Collection Room Management: Oversee and organize the physical/digital Invoice Collection Room in accordance with company process and scope guidelines. Tax Form Issuance: Timely prepare and issue BIR Form 2307 (Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld at Source) to vendors and suppliers. Audit Support: Assist the finance and tax teams in preparing documentation and records for BIR tax audits. System & Data Tracking: Utilize SAP to review Purchase Requests (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and payment statuses to ensure accuracy in tax reporting. Stakeholder & Vendor Communication: Serve as the primary liaison via Slack for suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding invoice status, tax form requests, and discrepancies.
