The PITCH.
We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Social Creative Producer who has a robust understanding of social media and global, fully integrated campaigns, experience with production and a strong project management and operation skillset to help support the day to day running of one of the agency's biggest and most exciting accounts. We would love someone who has experience in both project management and production and feels confident in both spaces. This is an always on role that moves daily, putting out creative content at a fast pace, while also planning larger campaign initiatives.
Here’s where you come in…
Take the lead on the day to day planning and managing large, complex programmes of work with many work streams in their entirety, from brief to delivery.
Taking your plan and making it a reality by mobilising the best teams (internal and external) around the vision, and providing a clear picture of expected outcomes.
Responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of the social production, both internally and with clients, working closely with each member of the team ensuring each milestone is met on time and within budget.
You’ll work closely with your Creative Lead to deliver the strongest possible social work, partnering with the wider creative team to give them the support they need to produce work of the highest quality
Tracking all content throughout the social production process, supported by a more junior member of your team
Resource management for your teams alongside the Creative Director and Resource Manager
Financial progression, ensuring it is shared and assessed, taking the lead in suggesting and making adjustments to the project and team as needed
Partner with the Account, Strategy, and Creative leads to ensure client expectations, creative vision, and agency needs are met from briefing through final delivery on projects
Constantly identifying risks and solutions - being the problem solver in ensuring we remain agile and strategic throughout the project lifecycle
May require managing a PM to support the project that you would lead
Partner and support our internal creators to execute work to the best quality
Oversee production budgets, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and within budget
Organise and run pre-production phases including pre-production meetings
Manage the post-production and delivery of assets through to final delivery, including tracking status and compliance of everything we produce
Lead and schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and reviews, and ensure the right people are seeing the right things before going to client
Be client-facing to speak to budget, timing, resource & process considerations
Write client SOWs, vendor agreements, change orders, and other contract documents
Ensure Agency, Client, Vendor, and Legal processes and requirements are being met
Overall, being solutions-focused; the go-to person to assess challenges, always identifying the opportunity for possibility
Be the first point of escalation for issue/conflict resolution on all projects
Grow relationships, have fun and participate in VaynerMedia social engagement
We treasure Personality and Experience yet we do know that these qualifications lead to what WE KNOW as a success:
Understanding of different channels, including relevant social media platforms and their requirements
A positive, cool, calm and collected approach to problem-solving
Hands-on experience and ownership of complex, multi-stream projects, requiring senior stakeholder management
You’re comfortable speaking up and providing clear direction in the room when the team needs it.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Budget development and contract (SOW) writing experience
Ability to recognise and solve potential problems, escalate issues or conflicts and continually evaluate project effectiveness.
Manage overall quality of project delivery and documentation for the account

What you SHOULD KNOW about VaynerMedia
Think “lab” and not “agency”. We get excited about solving business problems, not creating advertising for the sake of making advertising. Our entrepreneurship DNA runs deep. We’re willing to break rules, try new things, and test hypotheses if it means better understanding our craft. It’s fun!
We believe 100% that brands can be built on digital platforms and part of our model is built bottom up, flipping the traditional advertising model and process on its head. We don’t play to agency/industry norms and our culture and energy reflects that.
Our environment (and pace) feels much more like a start-up than most agencies you might be used to. Hopefully that, and the opportunity to collaborate with the talented and enthusiastic crew, work with big brands excites you, as it does us. We can’t wait to meet you.
