Design and implement scalable backend solutions using Java and the Spring ecosystem. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integration services. Contribute to microservices and event-driven architectures. Collaborate with architects, analysts and development teams on complex cross-project initiatives. Participate actively in Agile and Scrum ceremonies. Identify opportunities for technical improvements and software optimization. Take ownership of software quality through unit testing, integration testing and code reviews. Ensure the delivery of well-designed, maintainable, testable and efficient code. Support and coach junior developers when needed. Contribute to development standards, best practices and technical documentation. Qualifications Required Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Java Development, with expertise in backend and/or full stack application development. Proven experience designing, developing and maintaining enterprise-scale software solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in Agile development environments. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
