Senior Data Consultant

Employment: Full-time Experience level: Executive Job Description Identify business opportunities and use cases that create value through data and analytics. Lead workshops and discovery sessions with clients to understand business challenges and objectives. Design scalable data solutions that drive innovation, operational efficiency, and business growth. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into actionable plans. Define and maintain clear, realistic project roadmaps aligned with stakeholder expectations. Develop and deliver data analysis solutions, from ad hoc studies to end-to-end data pipelines, leveraging tools such as SQL, Python, and ETL platforms . Promote a data-driven culture by supporting stakeholders in adopting analytical and data-centric decision-making practices. Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting using collaboration and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence . Contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance, analytics, and reporting frameworks.  Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience in data analysis, business consulting, or data-driven transformation projects. Proficiency in SQL and/or Python . Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration concepts. Experience working with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence . Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
