About this team and role: Mozilla is seeking a proven, self-motivated, creative and resourceful individual to join as an Account Executive on our global advertising sales team, focusing on Firefox. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships, experience, and a sterling track record selling into Fortune 500 brands and their agencies. What you’ll do: Develop direct to client and agency relationships across UK & EU countries Sell Mozilla's key suite of advertising products including Suggested Shortcuts, Search and Display / Native Advertising placements Consistently meet and exceed sales goals (revenue and logo targets) Understand client needs and present relevant solutions Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline via prospecting, outreach, and industry events Track, analyze and communicate performance of advertiser campaigns Keep up-to-date and detailed records of sales activity through our CRM tools Present client feedback to Mozilla product and marketing teams and work to develop new sales offerings to meet client needs Represent Mozilla values with prospects and clients regarding consumer choice, trust and privacy What you'll bring: 5 - 7 years of related work experience in sales roles within the digital media industry Bachelor’s Degree Multi-lingual is preferred Experience selling across all major markets across Europe Strong rolodex of major agency and brands Detailed knowledge of online media planning terms and processes Deep understanding of Display, Search, ReTargeting, and similar performance media ad products Understanding of cross platform sales (desktop, mobile, in app, content marketing) Demonstrated record of success in a dynamic, goal-oriented sales environment Dynamic, flexible, hard-working and highly organized approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self starter that is well organized with good attention to detail Open to feedback (from clients and internal stakeholders) and quick to incorporate and adjust approach, as needed Strong multi-tasking abilities Strong project management skills Proficiency with CRM systems Passion for technology and privacy What you’ll get: Generous performance-based bonus plans to all eligible employees - we share in our success as one team Rich medical, dental, and vision coverage Generous retirement contributions with 100% immediate vesting (regardless of whether you contribute) Quarterly all-company wellness days where everyone takes a pause together Country specific holidays plus a day off for your birthday One-time home office stipend Annual professional development budget Quarterly well-being stipend Considerable paid parental leave Employee referral bonus program Other benefits (life/AD&D, disability, EAP, etc. - varies by country) About Mozilla Mozilla exists to build the Internet as a public resource accessible to all because we believe that open and free is better than closed and controlled.
