What You'll Do: Operate and monitor production equipment Follow safety and quality procedures Perform routine inspections and basic machine adjustments Troubleshoot minor equipment issues Maintain accurate production records Keep work areas clean and organized Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Requirements What We're Looking For: Manufacturing or machine operation experience, preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as scheduled Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials throughout the shift High school diploma or have a GED Basic computer literacy Candidates must be a US Citizen or existing Green Card holder due to customer facility access requirements, and an ability to meet minimum lifting guidelines Benefits ​ We reward your commitment from day one. In your first successful year with us you could earn a minimum of $39,000 in base pay. (Assumes working all regular scheduled shifts.) Shift Pay · Our base work-shift schedule varies from 36 to 48 hours. ​When you work a 36-hour week, you still get paid for 40 hours!
