IT Systems Administrator

Schedule: full-time Employment: permanent Intro We are seeking a motivated IT Systems Administrator (m/f/d) to join our team in  Skopje . This position offers the opportunity to work independently on-site while being an integral part of a globally distributed IT team based in Malta, Germany, and Canada. The ideal candidate will be proactive, technically skilled, and comfortable working autonomously with strong remote collaboration. Your Job You  ar e  r esponsible for  the installation, configuration, and operation of client systems. You e nsure smooth operation of systems, network functions, and IT security protocols. You m anage user administration tasks, including account creation, modification, deactivation, and access rights management. You p rovide technical support for IT solutions and products, perform hardware repairs, set up workstations, and configure routers and switches. You d eliver 1st and 2nd level support for users, including  issue  troubleshooting and documentation within the system and infrastructure environment. You  m aintain  and  monitor  network infrastructures (WAN/LAN) and multimedia equipment. You c ollaborate on global infrastructure projects and contribute to their successful implementation. Your Profile You hold a  bachelor's degree in a technology-related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience. You have s olid knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows client platforms, networking, troubleshooting, and IT support (hardware/desktop). You are familiar  with Active Directory and software deployment processes. You are a s trong team player with excellent communication skills in English. You  d emonstrate  a keen interest in emerging technologies and  thrive  on technical challenges.    Nice to Have: You  have  e xperience  with  PowerShell  scripting . You are proficient  in working with Linux platforms and  can  write Linux Bash  scripts. You are familiar  with supporting Apple MacBook devices.
