Ter de 2 (dois) a 4 (quatro) anos de formação em Direito.
Exigível experiência prévia em M&A e direito societário.
Habilidade na comunicação oral e escrita.
Capacidade de atender múltiplas demandas.
Disponibilidade para atuar 100% presencial.
Inglês fluente.
