Build Your Own Internship – m/f/d (min. 6 Months)

HELP US CHANGE THE WAY THE WORLD WORKS   BUILD SOMETHING THAT MATTERS. We bring all leading AI models into one secure, model-agnostic platform and make them usable across entire organizations. Their employees open Langdock to draft strategies, analyze documents, or automate workflows, helping them to work smarter, think more creatively, and reach their full potential.   ABOUT THE ROLE This is a full-time internship of at least 6 months at our Berlin HQ, and it is not a regular internship application. We don’t want your CV first. We want to see what you have built. If you build with AI because you can’t stop, with Langdock, Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or anything else, show us. If your project convinces us, we shape the internship around you and your strengths.   WHAT WE WANT TO SEE Record a Loom of something you built with AI. It should be no longer than 5 minutes. Two kinds of projects get our attention: - Something that would help Langdock. Look at our product roadmap and at our product, and build something that solves a real problem for us or our customers. That could be a feature prototype, an internal tool, a GTM engine, a support automation, an eval setup, or something we haven’t thought of yet. - A genuine passion project. Something you built because you couldn’t stop thinking about it, and that shows how you think. What we don’t want: basic chatbots, simple prompt wrappers, “summarize my inbox” agents, or linear three-step workflows. Our customers build those every day. Show us something that made you think hard, and that makes us think too.   WHAT YOUR LOOM SHOULD COVER - The problem: what you solved and why it matters. - The demo: show it working live, not on slides. - How it’s built: the models, tools, architecture, and key decisions behind it. - What broke: where it failed and what you learned from that. - What’s next: what you would build at Langdock if you joined.   WHAT YOU WILL DO - Own a real project. Ideally it’s the one you showed us. You take it from prototype to something our team or customers actually use. - Work directly with the team. You work alongside Product, Engineering, or GTM, depending on where your project lives. - Ship, measure, iterate. You present your progress regularly and decide based on real feedback.   HOW TO APPLY Paste your Loom link into the field “Your Build” in the application form. You have shipped things that work, even if they’re rough. - You think in impact, not just in technology. - You show high agency. You don’t wait for tasks; you find them. - You experiment constantly with new models and tools. - You communicate clearly and professionally in English. German is a plus. - You are kind and care about the people around you.   WHAT WE NEED - Availability for a full-time internship of at least 6 months, 100% on-site in Berlin. - A work permit for Germany.   THE ENVIRONMENT You will work from our Berlin office at Greifswalder Straße 212, where all of us work together in person, surrounded by people building AI products and infrastructure every day. Lunch and dinner are catered in the office. We look after ourselves, and gym membership and coaching resources are part of the standard package.
