Brand Partnerships & Portfolio Ownership
Own the account management of gift card brand partnerships —performance management and renewal.
Build and deepen direct relationships with anchor brands (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and equivalent large-format retail, fashion, QSR, fuel, travel, electronics and lifestyle brands) and expand coverage across under-penetrated categories.
Manage relationships with domestic gift card aggregators and content providers (Pine Labs / Qwikcilver, Vouchagram and others) to ensure catalogue depth, competitive rates, inventory availability and fulfilment reliability — while progressively moving high-volume brands to direct tie-ups where it improves margin.
Maintain a live brand map and category coverage plan; identify and close gaps against competing distributors and marketplaces.
Support launch of new global brands entering India, and expand existing brands into new use cases (consumer rewards, employee benefits, channel incentives, corporate gifting).
Commercials, Margin & Offers
Negotiate and continuously improve brand commercials — base discounts, slab-based and volume-linked margins, incentive and rebate structures, marketing support and payment/credit terms.
Secure differentiated and, where possible, exclusive consumer offers, cashback and promotional constructs that channel partners can merchandise to drive conversion.
Own brand-wise margin performance; track realised versus contracted margin and drive corrective action with brands and internal teams.
Build and present brand-wise revenue, volume and margin projections based on inputs from brands, channel partners and the channel sales team; track actuals against plan and explain variances.
Benchmark competitor commercials and offer constructs in the domestic gift card market and use these insights in negotiations.
Digital Distribution & Scale (with Channel Partnership Team)
Work hand-in-hand with the channel partnership and channel sales teams to enable the domestic gift card catalogue across digital distribution partners — banks, fintech apps, e-commerce and retail platforms, loyalty and rewards programmes, and corporate gifting channels.
Drive catalogue placement, merchandising, visibility and campaign calendars on partner interfaces, working with the product and marketing teams.
Translate brand-level commercials into channel-level pricing and incentive constructs that make the business attractive and profitable for distribution partners.
Run joint business reviews with key channel partners; identify growth levers for under-performing brands and channels and execute against them.
Partner with the internal marketing team to build promotions, festive and seasonal campaigns and co-branded activity with brands.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the single point of connect between brand partners and internal teams — Product, Technology, Operations, Reconciliation, Finance, Legal, Compliance and Channel Sales.
Work with Operations and Customer Support to set processes for order fulfilment, voucher delivery, inventory availability, refunds and escalations, ensuring a strong end-customer experience at channel partners.
Work with the Reconciliation and Finance teams on settlement cycles, invoicing, credit and float management, dispute resolution and timely closure of brand and channel reconciliation.
Coordinate with Technology and Product for API integrations, catalogue management, order-management improvements and new feature rollouts required by brands or channels.
Manage contract negotiations with brands in collaboration with Legal, Finance, Product and Operations to secure internal approvals and execute opportunities.
Evaluate the financial and strategic benefit of partnerships and present business cases and portfolio reviews to Euronet management.
Business Ownership & Governance
Carry and deliver the annual revenue, GMV/TPV and margin targets for the domestic gift card portfolio.
Own all KPIs including the P&L for domestic gift card sales, covering end-to-end management of the sales cycle.
Maintain governance rhythm — monthly brand reviews, quarterly business reviews with top brands and aggregators, and periodic management reporting on portfolio health.
Ensure partner contracts, commercial approvals and operating processes remain audit-ready and compliant with internal policy and applicable regulation.
Requirements
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of epay’s products and distribution reach to brands.
Result-oriented, self-driven and effective in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, commercial acumen and process orientation.
High customer centricity with focus on partner success and long-term relationships.
Dynamic professional with a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
