What you'll do
We're looking for a high-ownership, data-informed AI CRM Analyst with 2+ years of hands-on experience in startup or tech environments to help build, optimize, and scale our customer lifecycle programs across Latin America.. Sitting at the intersection of Growth, Lifecycle Marketing, Data, and Tech, you will own lifecycle initiatives end-to-end — from identifying opportunities and defining audiences to building, launching, measuring, and iterating behavior-triggered interventions. You will use AI and automation to increase the team's speed and scalability while driving activation, product adoption, retention, and business impact across our B2B fintech ecosystem.
You will
Own multi-channel lifecycle initiatives end-to-end: identify opportunities, define audiences and hypotheses, and build, test, launch, and optimize automated onboarding, activation, adoption, and retention journeys using platforms like Customer.io or HubSpot.
Build AI-powered CRM workflows: use AI and automation tools (e.g., n8n, Claude, Make) to automate repetitive operations, accelerate analysis and campaign development, and prototype new lifecycle capabilities that improve team scalability.
Design and run lifecycle experiments: develop hypotheses and test audiences, messaging, channels, timing, incentives, and lifecycle interventions to improve customer and business outcomes.
Identify lifecycle opportunities through data: analyze customer behavior, product usage, and funnel performance to identify high-potential audiences, adoption gaps, and opportunities to improve activation, retention, and product usage.
Maintain data & operational quality: collaborate with Product, Data, and Customer Happiness teams to ensure clean event tracking, error-free campaign setup, and compliant messaging lists.
Who you are
We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
Must haves
2+ years of hands-on CRM, Lifecycle, or Growth experience in a high-growth startup, tech company, or B2B SaaS environment.
Practical CRM tool fluency: demonstrated experience setting up lifecycle journeys, audience segments, and automated campaigns in Customer.io, Braze, HubSpot, or similar tools.
AI & automation capabilities: hands-on experience using AI tools and workflow automation to solve real operational problems, reduce manual work, or improve campaign execution. Able to explain what they built, how it works, and the impact achieved.
Analytical capability: comfortable using customer and product data to identify opportunities, define audiences, evaluate experiments, and connect lifecycle initiatives to core business metrics such as activation, product adoption, retention, churn, and TPV.
Attention to operational detail: rigorous QA, accurate audience targeting, and reliable campaign execution
Bilingual proficiency: working proficiency in English (our corporate language) and either Spanish or Portuguese.
A bias toward building and testing: comfortable prototyping quickly, validating thoroughly before launch, and continuously improving based on results.
Nice to haves
Basic technical proficiency (SQL for database querying, HTML/CSS for email template tweaking).
Familiarity with Product-Led Growth (PLG) mechanics and customer health tracking.
Prior experience in Fintech, financial technology products, payments, or corporate card lifecycle workflows.
