Half of GitLab's 235 open roles were posted within the last 31 days. 26% have been up for more than 60 days, and 11% went up in the last week.
The 166 roles of theirs that came down since we started reading their board had been up for a median of 50 days.
5 roles went up again in the last 90 days under a title they had taken down before.
Ages are the company’s own posting dates where its board gives them.
We read companies’ own hiring systems every hour, 1,909 of them, and show a job the hour it opens instead of when a job board gets around to indexing it. GitLab alone has 235 of them open right now.
